id=\"why-is-7shifts-best-for-tip-pooling-and-distribution\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why is 7shifts best for tip pooling and distribution?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With 7shifts, you won\u2019t have to spend a lot of time and effort managing and distributing employee tips.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By using 7shifts\u2019 Tip Management feature, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create tip pools,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and edit multiple tip pools, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assign different restaurant positions that receive tips from a certain tip pool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>While trying out the tool, I wanted to see how creating a tip pool for employees actually works.
