For instance, one of these teams works for 2 days, takes 2 days off, and then works for 3 days. So, while Team A works 2 consecutive day shifts (Monday and Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.), Team B covers night shifts (Monday and Tuesday from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) during the first week.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, teams A and B have 2 days off, while teams C and D take over the shifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After that, Teams A and B return to work for 3 days.
