For non-measurable habits, I can simply log a \u201cYes\u201d or \u201cNo.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, Loop doesn\u2019t offer automated tracking options \u2014 you can only record progress manually.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Still, I appreciate how Loop displays my longest streaks and habit frequency. Each preset provides default metrics and visuals. You can customize them, but the default settings are a great place to start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon installing the app, I selected one preset habit with a specific goal and dived right into it. In this case, I wanted to reduce my social media intake to 30 minutes per day, and there was a preset for that.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Awesome Habits\u2019 other unique feature is Vacation mode. When I turn it on, the app automatically skips selected (or all) habits until I turn it off again. For example, I have a blue-coded <em>Personal Growth<\/em> area for reading and journaling and an orange one for <em>Health<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setting up a habit is fast. I just type what I want to do, set a reminder, pick the days, and that\u2019s it. Habitify then drops it into my journal view \u2014 where each of my habits is listed, and I can quickly log them off for the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So far, so good \u2014 but when it comes to individual habits, Habitify\u2019s interface is too complicated for my taste.
