Jira admin needs to install the Clockify app from the official Atlassian Marketplace<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To install Jira from the Atlassian Marketplace:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to the Clockify: Time Tracking & Timesheet 2-Way Sync<\/a> listing on the Atlassian Marketplace<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the blue Get it now<\/strong> button in the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Log in to your Atlassian account (if you haven\u2019t done so yet) and ensure you have site administrator<\/strong> permissions for your Jira instance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choose the specific Jira Cloud URL (e.g., yourcompany.atlassian.net) where you want the app installed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Review<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Review the app permissions and terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Klicke auf Jetzt holen<\/strong> (Get it now)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    After installation, you\u2019re taken to the app page where a confirmation message appears that the app was installed successfully.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Connect Your Clockify Account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Now that the app is in your Jira instance, you must link it to your actual Clockify data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log in to Jira Data Center<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Go to My Profile page<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select Personal Access Tokens <\/strong>on the left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click Create Token<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Paste the token into the Clockify app settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Click Upload token<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
