They will simply be added to the total amount available. Diese Einstellung betrifft alle Benutzer, die unter diese Richtlinie fallen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Gehe zur Seite <strong>Arbeitsfreie Zeit<\/strong> und \u00f6ffne <strong>Richtlinien verwalten<\/strong> in <strong>Einstellungen<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Klicke auf <strong>Bearbeiten<\/strong> neben der Richtlinie, die du \u00e4ndern m\u00f6chtest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Gehe zum Abschnitt <strong>Guthabenablauf<\/strong> und w\u00e4hle eine der zwei Optionen:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>L\u00e4uft nie ab<\/strong> (default)<br>Saldo hat kein Ablaufdatum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Hat Ablaufdaten<\/strong><br>Alle zuk\u00fcnftigen Ansammlungen und Guthaben f\u00fcr diese Richtlinie erfordern ein definiertes <strong>Start<\/strong>- und <strong>Enddatum<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wichtige Hinweise<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Wenn du die Regelung auf <strong>L\u00e4uft nie ab<\/strong> umstellst, werden alle bestehenden Start- und Enddaten in den Benutzerguthaben entfernt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Wenn du die Regelung auf <strong>Hat Ablaufdaten<\/strong> umstellst, erhalten alle bestehenden Guthaben das heutige Datum als Startdatum, und alle zuk\u00fcnftigen Guthaben erfordern ein Start- und Enddatum. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Saldo eines Benutzers verwalten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Besitzer und Administratoren k\u00f6nnen jedem Benutzerguthaben eine spezifische G\u00fcltigkeitsdauer (Start- und Enddatum) zuweisen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass Benutzer nur innerhalb eines bestimmten Zeitrahmens Abwesenheit beantragen. Sobald der Zeitraum endet, l\u00e4uft das Guthaben ab und wird automatisch entfernt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So f\u00fcgst du Benutzerguthaben hinzu oder bearbeitest es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Gehe zur Seite <strong>Arbeitsfreie Zeit<\/strong> und \u00f6ffne den Tab <strong>Saldo<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">W\u00e4hle oben auf der Seite die Richtlinie aus<br>Wenn die Seite Informationen auf Basis der Benutzer anzeigen soll, w\u00e4hle <strong>Benutzer<\/strong> in der
