{"id":8606,"date":"2021-11-04T15:18:32","date_gmt":"2021-11-04T15:18:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/?p=8606"},"modified":"2026-01-21T13:53:34","modified_gmt":"2026-01-21T13:53:34","slug":"edit-profiles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/de\/administration\/edit-profiles","title":{"rendered":"Benutzerprofile bearbeiten"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Du kannst selbst Details von Mitgliedern deines Teams aktualisieren, ohne sie danach zu fragen oder auf ein Update zu warten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block note\">Besitzer und Administratoren k\u00f6nnen Benutzerprofile bearbeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um ein Profil zu bearbeiten, solltest du:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Gehe zur Seite <strong>Team<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auf die drei Punkte neben dem Benutzernamen klicken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">W\u00e4hle <strong>Profil bearbeiten<\/strong> aus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c4nderungen vornehmen (Wochenanfang*, Kapazit\u00e4t, Arbeitstage, Benutzer-ID \u00e4ndern oder Besch\u00e4ftigungsart auf Teilzeit wechseln)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speichere die \u00c4nderungen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweise:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Benutzer k\u00f6nnen nur ihre eigenen <strong>E-Mail-Adressen<\/strong>, <strong>Profilfotos<\/strong> und <strong>Benutzernamen<\/strong> auf der Seite <a href=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/introduction-to-cake-com\/what-is-cake-com-productivity-suite\/#cake-com-account\">CAKE.com-Konto<\/a> selbst bearbeiten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Wochenstart*<\/strong> kann nicht ge\u00e4ndert werden, wenn es ausstehende Genehmigungen gibt <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Wenn du anpassbare <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/de\/track-time-and-expenses\/user-fields\">Benutzerfelder<\/a> (z. B. Mitarbeiter-ID, Abteilung, usw.) aktiviert hast, kannst du sie direkt in Profilen bearbeiten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/de\/administration\/edit-profiles\">Wochenstart<\/a> \u00fcberschreibt die Standardeinstellung in den <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/de\/track-time-and-expenses\/workspaces#workspace-settings\">Arbeitsbereichseinstellungen<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block tip\">Die <strong>t\u00e4gliche Kapazit\u00e4t<\/strong> und <strong>Arbeitstage<\/strong> <strong>k\u00f6nnen<\/strong> unabh\u00e4ngig von der Anzahl der Arbeitsbereiche, die diese Benutzer haben, bearbeitet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arbeitsbereich verlassen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Falls du als Benutzer einen Arbeitsbereich hast, den du nicht ben\u00f6tigst, solltest du diesen Arbeitsbereich verlassen und zwar so:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Arbeitsbereichsauswahl<\/strong> \u00f6ffnen, indem du auf einen Arbeitsbereichsnamen in der linken Ecke oben klickst<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Arbeitsbereiche verwalten<\/strong> w\u00e4hlen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure
