Zertifikat, Profil-Link)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Schalter<\/strong> \u2013 Ein einfacher Ja\/Nein-Schalter (z. B. Teilzeit)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Ausw\u00e4hlen<\/strong> \u2013 Eingabefeld, mit dem Benutzer eine einzelne Option aus einer vordefinierten Liste ausw\u00e4hlen k\u00f6nnen (z. B. Sobald ein Feld gel\u00f6scht wird, ist es so, als ob es nie existiert h\u00e4tte. Du kannst die Aktion nicht r\u00fcckg\u00e4ngig machen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block wp-block-paragraph\">Um Daten zu speichern, solltest du ein benutzerdefiniertes Feld deaktivieren, indem du das Feld zur Spalte <strong>Verf\u00fcgbar<\/strong> verschiebst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benutzerfelder in Berichten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nachdem Benutzer ein Benutzerfeld ausgef\u00fcllt haben, kannst du seinen Wert erhalten, wenn du Berichte zusammen mit Zeiteintr\u00e4gen der Benutzer exportierst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um Benutzerfelder im CSV- und Excel-Format zu erhalten, solltest du sie zuerst aktivieren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Gehe zum <strong>Detaillierten Bericht<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Klicke auf <strong>Exportieren<\/strong> und w\u00e4hle <strong>Anpassen<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Markiere die Felder, die du im Export erhalten m\u00f6chtest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speichere die Export-Einstellungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exportiere das CSV- oder Excel-Format<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block wp-block-paragraph\">Du kannst Berichte nach Bentutzerfeldern beliebig filtern, indem du auf die Dropdown-Pfeile neben \u201cFilter\u201d klickst, und einen Benutzerfelder-Filter abhakst (nur aktive Felder werden angezeigt).
