setting that automatically applies a classification to every possible subdomain under a main site.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instead of manually categorizing each subdomain (like mail.google.com and docs.google.com) one by one, a wildcard rule covers them all instantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to create a domain wildcard rule:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Haz clic en <strong>Domain rules<\/strong> at the upper right corner in the Productivity page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En la pesta\u00f1a <strong>Domain pattern<\/strong> field under the Input Pattern section, input the syntax strictly starting with *. The system uses three distinct tracking methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standard:<\/strong> Tracks active time based strictly on keyboard and mouse movement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Active on Call:<\/strong> Keeps the user active while their microphone or camera is in use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Always Active:<\/strong> Keeps the user active as long as the application is open and in focus on the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Can Team Managers set up domain wildcard rules for the entire workspace?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No, team managers cannot modify workspace defaults or create workspace domain rules. Team managers only have permission to manage rules for the specific teams, groups, and members assigned to them.
