If you’re a regular user looking to start using Clockify, this guide will walk you through the simple steps to sign up for an account and log in so you can begin tracking your work hours right away. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To get started, you’ll need to accept a workspace invitation, or log in to your existing one. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here’s what you need to know:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accept a workspace invitation (New users)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Follow these simple steps to accept your invitation and start tracking your time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you don’t have an existing Clockify account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click Accept Invite <\/strong>on the email invitation from Clockify<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Type in your name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Tick the checkbox to agree with CAKE.com\u2019s Terms of Use<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You should now see your Clockify home page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you are expecting an invitation and haven’t received one, reach out to your company’s system administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Sign up and create a new account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you’d like to sign up and create a new account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Create your account<\/strong> on the signup page you’ve been redirected to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Enter your email (or sign up using your Google, Apple, or Microsoft account).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. A verification code<\/strong> will be sent to your inbox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Type in the code in the provided prompts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      You’ll automatically be added to the workspace and can start tracking time immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Accept a workspace invitation (Existing users)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If you already have a Clockify account, click Accept Invite<\/strong> on the email from Clockify and you should be directed to your new workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
