This includes inviting team members, assigning roles, and managing user profiles. With these capabilities, you can ensure your team has the proper access to track and manage time efficiently.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Invite users to your workspace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To get started, you&#8217;ll need to invite team members to your workspace, so they can track time. Upgrade to <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/pricing\">any paid plan<\/a> if you need to invite more than 4 users.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Invite Limited member<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To add a Limited member to your workspace:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">1. Go to <strong>Team<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>2. Click the <strong>Limited <\/strong>tab<strong><br><\/strong>3. Click <strong>Add Limited Member<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>4. Type in the name of the user that you\u2019re adding<br>5. Can manage workspace settings, user permissions, and overall workspace administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Project Manager<\/strong> (Paid feature) &#8211; Can view tracked time on their projects, manage project details, launch the Kiosk if enabled, and approve submitted timesheets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Team Manager<\/strong> &#8211; Reactivating a user allows them to log in, track their time, and see their dashboard again. or &#8220;Inactive&#8221; until they click the link in their invitation email and verify their account. If they haven&#8217;t received it, check their spam folder or resend the invite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do I get a refund if I deactivate a user halfway through the month?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, Clockify does not offer prorated refunds for removed seats. When you deactivate a user, you simply free up a seat.
