De cette fa\u00e7on, l\u2019acc\u00e8s des utilisateurs est \u00e0 jour dans tout l\u2019espace de travail Clockify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its benefits include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Efficiency for large teams<\/strong>: Automatically add hundreds of users at once without manual invites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Enhanced security<\/strong>: Ensure users lose access to Clockify immediately upon being deprovisioned from your company&#8217;s system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Centralized management<\/strong>: Sync both users and groups to keep your workspace structure consistent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enable SCIM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block wp-block-paragraph\">To begin the integration, an <strong>Owner<\/strong> must generate the necessary credentials in Clockify to link with the IdP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Navigate to your <strong>Workspace Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Locate the <strong>SCIM<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enable the SCIM option to generate your unique:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Base URL<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bearer Token<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy these values and paste them into your Identity Provider (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or JumpCloud) when creating the SCIM application there.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"834\" height=\"872\" src=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Screenshot-2026-01-20-at-10.25.44.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-28646\" srcset=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Screenshot-2026-01-20-at-10.25.44.png 834w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Screenshot-2026-01-20-at-10.25.44-287x300.png 287w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Screenshot-2026-01-20-at-10.25.44-768x803.png 768w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Screenshot-2026-01-20-at-10.25.44-11x12.png 11w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 834px) 100vw, 834px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once SCIM is connected, Clockify will automatically handle the following actions based on changes in your IdP:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For users:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users are created in Clockify as soon as they are added to the IdP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Changes to a user\u2019s <strong>name<\/strong> or <strong>email<\/strong> in the IdP will automatically update in Clockify.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When a user is activated or deactivated in the IdP, their status in Clockify will update instantly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The default timezone is initially taken from the IdP. It only creates and updates the specific users your Identity Provider tells it to. As long as you select the <strong>&#8220;Sync only assigned users and groups&#8221;<\/strong> setting in your system (like Microsoft Entra), Clockify will only process those specific people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is the correct order to handle GDPR requests (like making a user anonymous before they leave)?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block wp-block-paragraph\">You can follow a simple process: <strong>Deactivate \u2794 Anonymize \u2794 Remove.<\/strong> Keep in mind that you must make the changes to anonymize their name or email <em>while the user is still actively assigned to the Clockify app<\/em> inside your Identity Provider.
