Se quiser compartilhar seu relat\u00f3rio, voc\u00ea pode enviar um link privado do relat\u00f3rio para que outras pessoas possam acessar os dados em tempo real, mesmo que n\u00e3o tenham uma conta Clockify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compartilhar relat\u00f3rio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Personalizar relat\u00f3rio (filtrar, escolher intervalo de datas, agrupar, classificar, arredondar, mostrar\/ocultar valor)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Clicar no \u00edcone de compartilhamento (localizado entre Imprimir e Arredondar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Digitar o nome do relat\u00f3rio (isso ser\u00e1 exibido como t\u00edtulo do relat\u00f3rio no cabe\u00e7alho e na exporta\u00e7\u00e3o para PDF)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Escolher quem pode abrir o link (p\u00fablico\/privado) e se o intervalo de datas pode ser alterado (bloquear datas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Clique em Criar Link<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Copiar o link e enviar para outras pessoas<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Lock dates option <\/strong>prevents viewers from seeing your shared report for different date ranges. This is disabled by default, so viewers can go through different date ranges when viewing the report. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you choose a relative date range (e.g. This week, Last month, etc.) instead of a custom date range, you’ll also get the option Always open as…<\/strong> This means that the report will be always displayed for the last or current day, week, or month when opened (which you can change depending on the settings of lock dates option). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For example, if you’re viewing a report for Last month<\/strong> in May, when you click Share<\/strong> you’ll get an option Always open as…<\/strong> enabled by default. If you disable that option, the report will always show May when opened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Each report you’ve created, you can search via Search by name <\/strong>box at the top of the page, or edit and delete by clicking on the three dots and choosing the proper option (edit sharing details, delete) or see which filters are applied in a report. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For example, if you are an admin and you create a link to the report where you can see billable amounts and all time entries, but you later become a regular user, the link to the report won’t work because you as the creator of the link don’t have access to that information any more.
