autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">User interface displayed in this video may not correspond to the latest version of the app.<br><br><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To access Attendance report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hover over the <strong>Reports<\/strong> section in the left sidebar <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose <strong>Attendance<\/strong> in the <strong>Teams<\/strong> section<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>When you click on it, you&#8217;ll see your team&#8217;s attendance report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attendance report page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Attendance report features columns for user, date, start time, end time, break (if enabled), work time, capacity and time off (if enabled) and overtime. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>User<\/strong> column presents both full and limited users and indicates running timers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Date <\/strong>column exhibits the date in the user&#8217;s profile settings format <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Start<\/strong> and <strong>end<\/strong> times are displayed in the same format<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Break<\/strong> column presents the total duration of break entries for the day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Work<\/strong> column contains the total work time for the day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacity<\/strong> column discloses the daily work capacity of the user, including time off hours <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Overtime<\/strong> shows the difference between work and capacity, indicating how much time user worked over their capacity (excluding breaks)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Time off<\/strong> shows how many hours user is off for a particular day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The report accounts for &#8220;overnight&#8221;
