To delete your Clockify account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Navigate to the Profile settings<\/strong> in your Clockify app<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Choose Manage CAKE.com Account<\/strong> option<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

As workspace owner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
If you’re the owner of the workspace and there are other users in your workspace, you won’t be able to delete your account until you either:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- \n
- Transfer your owner role<\/a> to someone else<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Remove all active team members from the workspace(s) where you are the owner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Once you’re not an owner of any workspace anymore, or once you’re the only active member in workspace(s) where you are the owner, you can delete your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What happens with data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Clockify stores your data indefinitely<\/strong>, until you delete your account, or delete your data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once you confirm you want to delete your account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Your account will be deleted immediately<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- All the workspaces (and data in them) where you are the owner will be deleted forever<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Time entries you\u2019ve made in someone else\u2019s workspace won\u2019t be deleted. They will be preserved under your name until the owner of that workspace deletes the workspace<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Once you delete the account, there’s no undo. If you\u2019d like a backup of all your time entries, you can export them in the Detailed report<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- You won\u2019t receive any more emails from us<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Your subscription will end<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
