As an admin, you can define multiple currencies on your workspace and assign to a client the currency they are using. This way, client\u2019s rates and amounts are displayed in their preferred currency.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Defining multiple currencies is available for admins on all subscription plans. Assigning a specific currency to a client is only possible with a PRO <\/strong>or higher subscription plan, including trial subscriptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Follow the instructions below to add new currency, change the default currency and effectively manage client-specific currencies.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add currency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To add new currency:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the three dots icon next to your workspace name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Workspace settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click Finances<\/strong> from the sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Manage currencies<\/strong> next to the Currencies drop down menu<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Change your existing currency or add a new currency on the pop-up window<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    In the Edit currencies<\/strong> screen that appears, edit the existing currency or click on +Add currency<\/strong> if you\u2019d like to create a new one. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Change default currency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To change the default currency:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to the Workspace settings<\/strong><\/a> > Finances<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Navigate to the Currencies<\/strong> section<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click Manage currencies<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click on the three dot icon next to the currency that you want to set as a default<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Select Set as default<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The default currency acts as a fallback option when the specific currency is missing or unavailable. Default currency cannot be deleted.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Delete currency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      To delete a currency that is not the current default:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to Workspace settings > Finances<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click Manage currencies<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click the three dot icon<\/strong> next to the currency you want to delete<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Click Remove currency<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
