These add-ons are categorized based on the product and the workspace they were installed in.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General tab<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Each profile contains some general info in the <strong>General<\/strong> tab:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s accessible to all signed-in users, but with certain information is visible only to users with an admin role.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Profile photo<\/strong>: Taken from the first product account used to sign in to the Marketplace. You can modify it in the profile settings of your Clockify product account.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong>: The name you registered your first product account with, also unchangeable from the Marketplace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email<\/strong>: The email you registered your first product account with, also unchangeable from the Marketplace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Marketplace account button<\/strong>: Leads to the Manage accounts page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Log out<\/strong>: Click here to log out. It\u2019ll redirect you to the <a href=\"https:\/\/dev-docs.marketplace.cake.com\/\">Marketplace landing page<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are an admin and have at least one workspace with at least one installed add-on, you\u2019ll see a list of installed add-ons with the details:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add-on name&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date of update<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date of installation: In case of reinstallation, the last date is shown<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Who installed&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add-on status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date of deactivation (if there is any)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Add-ons listed here are sorted in the descending order based on their installation details. Unlisted add-ons are also visible in the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that you can access unlisted add-ons directly from your Clockify profile, or through the direct link.<br>However, the access is limited to workspaces where the add-on was initially installed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add-on status<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Add-on status indicates the status of the add-on in the payment and installation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It can be: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Deactivated<\/strong>: Add-on has been deactivated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Installed<\/strong>: Add-on has been installed successfully <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Overdue<\/strong>: After the subscription runs out, the installed add-on is marked as Overdue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment failed<\/strong>: Payment process failed and add-on cannot be used<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Uninstalled<\/strong>: Add-on is unistalled Clockify, up to 2 decimals)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Product<\/strong>: Clockify \/ Pumble \/ Plaky<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Description<\/strong>: Type of page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Manage accounts page allows you to add or remove product accounts to or from the Marketplace account.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>This can be useful if you, for example, want to access the Marketplace with more than one account, but don&#8217;t want to be signing in and out of the Marketplace and Clockify all the time (multiple times).
