You&#8217;ll get this code in the invoice email. Just use it to open the report. The code expires seven days after the email is sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Include time report<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">With this option you can include a link to a <strong>Detailed time report<\/strong>, so that a client can review work details before processing the payment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"462\" height=\"424\" src=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-9.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-28471\" srcset=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-9.png 462w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-9-300x275.png 300w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-9-13x12.png 13w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 462px) 100vw, 462px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip\">The time report should match the invoice content including date range, project, tasks and billable hours.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Client will receive the invoice email that contains a link to the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\">The report is hosted securely online, so in order to see it, client needs to enter the code provided in the invoice body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Send invoices to multiple emails<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also send an invoice to multiple email addresses, making sure it reaches everyone who needs to see it, from the primary contact, to the finance team.&nbsp;<br>Define up to three additional email addresses for a client when adding or editing their details.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The invoice will always be sent to the primary email address, but you can also CC it to any of the additional email recipients.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"397\" height=\"656\" src=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-7.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26793\" style=\"width:350px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-7.png 397w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-7-182x300.png 182w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-7-7x12.png 7w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 397px) 100vw, 397px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To add new recipients:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create, or open created invoice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before sending, you can add\/edit\/remove any additional email addresses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the email addresses you want the invoice to be sent to<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click <strong>Send&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"396\" height=\"574\" src=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-8.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26794\" style=\"width:350px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-8.png 396w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-8-207x300.png 207w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-8-8x12.png 8w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 396px) 100vw, 396px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip\">If you have permission to manage clients, any email address you edit will be saved to the client&#8217;s profile.<br>If you don\u2019t have permission, you can still edit the address, but the update won\u2019t be saved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Send a reminder<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When sending an invoice reminder, you can also select any of the additional email addresses to receive it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip translation-block\">For more information about invoice reminders, check out <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/projects\/invoicing#reminders-if-invoice-is-past-due\">this<\/a> section in the <strong>Create &amp;
