user info exports"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Customizing the user info export file allows you to tailor user info export to your specific needs and get the precise information for analysis, integration with other tools, or compliance purposes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note translation-block\">This is a paid feature you can enable by <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/pricing\">upgrading<\/a> your workspace to any of the paid plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To configure export settings: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Go to the <strong>Team<\/strong> page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose info you&#8217;d like to export (<strong>Full<\/strong>\/<strong>Limited<\/strong> tab)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Expand the&nbsp;<strong>Export<\/strong>&nbsp;dropdown menu at the top right corner of the page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click <strong>Customize<\/strong> to choose information you&#8217;d like to export<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Each user info export will contain only the data you selected. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip translation-block\">For more information, check out <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/administration\/export-user-info\">Export user info<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The type of info you can export and customize depends on type of users (<strong>Full<\/strong>\/<strong>Limited<\/strong>) and your subscription plan (<strong>Free\/Basic<\/strong>\/<strong>Standard<\/strong>\/<strong>Pro<\/strong>\/<strong>Enterprise<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Full user<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Full <\/strong>tab contains a list and information about full members in your workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Free plan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If the user is on a <strong>Free<\/strong> plan, the download file contains:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Name: <\/strong>User\u2019s name&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Email: <\/strong>User\u2019s email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Billable rate<\/strong> (user\u2019s billable rate expressed in set currency)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Role:&nbsp;<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Owner<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Admin<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Project manager<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Team manager<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Group: <\/strong>List of groups to which user belongs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Status: <\/strong>Active\/inactive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Week start: <\/strong>Day of the week on which user\u2019s work week starts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Working days: <\/strong>Days of the week during which the user is working<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Daily work capacity<\/strong>: Number of hours user works per day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>PIN: <\/strong>User\u2019s Kiosk PIN (*If (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\">To edit the custom export settings, you need to upgrade to one of the paid plans.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Basic plan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">User on the <strong>Basic<\/strong> plan can customize the export of the info available on the <strong>Free<\/strong> plan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Standard plan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If user is on Standard plan, they have two additional columns:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Projects<\/strong> (list of all active and archived projects on which user is Project Manager)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Team members<\/strong> (list of active\/inactive members to whom the user is Team Manager)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pro &amp; Enterprise plans<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Users on <strong>Pro<\/strong> and <strong>Enterprise<\/strong> plan have the same columns as those on a <strong>Standard<\/strong> plan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Cost rate<\/strong> (currency) refers to the User\u2019s cost rate. If the <strong>Cost rate<\/strong> is enabled in the settings, then the <strong>Cost rate<\/strong> column is available, as well<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If you have active user custom fields, they will also appear in the download file. Custom field type switch is exported as <strong>Yes<\/strong> if enabled and <strong>No<\/strong> if disabled.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"405\" height=\"437\" src=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Screenshot-2024-04-02-at-12.57.01.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17581\" style=\"width:356px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Screenshot-2024-04-02-at-12.57.01.png 405w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Screenshot-2024-04-02-at-12.57.01-278x300.png 278w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Screenshot-2024-04-02-at-12.57.01-11x12.png 11w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 405px) 100vw, 405px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Limited user<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If the Kiosk feature is enabled in your workspace and you have users that only use Kiosk to clock in &amp; out, then you also have a <strong>Limited<\/strong> tab with a list and information related to those users.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Free plan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Limited user info export on a Free plan contains: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Name<\/strong>: User\u2019s name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Billable rate<\/strong>: (user\u2019s billable rate expressed in set currency)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Group<\/strong>: List of groups to which user belongs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Status<\/strong>: Active\/inactive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Week start<\/strong>: Day of the week on which user\u2019s work week starts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Working days<\/strong>: Days of the week during which the user is working<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Daily work capacity<\/strong>: Number of hours user works per day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"450\" height=\"396\" src=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/freeLimited.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17621\" srcset=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/freeLimited.png 450w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/freeLimited-300x264.png 300w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/freeLimited-14x12.png 14w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Since you&#8217;re on a Free plan, you won&#8217;t be able to edit any of the information displayed in the <strong>Export settings<\/strong> window. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Basic &amp; Standard plans<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Customize the export of information available on a <strong>Free<\/strong> plan and<strong> <\/strong>user\u2019s Kiosk PIN if Kiosk is enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pro &amp; Enterprise plans<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Cost rate<\/strong> refers to the user&#8217;s cost rate. When <strong>Cost rate<\/strong> is activated in the settings, the corresponding column is available in the info export.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Also, if you have any active user custom fields, they will also be available in the file.
