Scheduling team assignments helps you plan projects easily by providing a visual timeline of your team’s availability. This way, you can easily see who’s working on a project\/task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scheduling is a paid feature, which you can enable by\u00a0upgrading<\/a>\u00a0your workspace to the PRO or ENTERPRISE plan.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Navigate team capacity with Team view<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Team view provides a quick overview of your team’s capacity, indicating who’s available and who’s overbooked. Project and team views use the same assignment data, allowing you to plan and organize work more efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If they have permissions to create assignments, Regular users and Team managers only have a Team<\/strong> view on the Schedule<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add and manage team members<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To add new team member:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the Schedule<\/strong> page <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Choose Team<\/strong> page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click Add member <\/strong>to introduce a new team member<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    This action loads the user and displays all their assignments if available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Assign tasks to active<\/strong>, inactive<\/strong> and invited<\/strong> users.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Use the Team<\/strong> menu to filter assignments based on users and groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Hide team members<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    As an Owner\/Admin, you have the option to hide team members from the Team<\/strong> tab on the Schedule<\/strong> page.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To hide a member:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click the three dots next to member\u2019s name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Choose Hide <\/strong>from the dropdown<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. New window opens with the confirmation modal<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click Hide<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      This action hides the user from the timeline, but it doesn\u2019t delete their assignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Track your team\u2019s scheduled assignments and capacity on the Team<\/strong> page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
