Define working and non-working days in Clockify to match your company schedule. You can use this feature to block out public holidays, set custom weekend schedules, or designate company-wide breaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This configuration links to your Time Off policies. When team members request a vacation, preset weekends and holidays are bypassed and will not be deducted from their time-off balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time off is a paid feature, which you can enable by upgrading<\/a> your workspace to Standard, Pro, or Enterprise plan. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

To manage your non-working<\/strong> days:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the three dot icon next to your workspace name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Workspace settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select the working days and deselect non-working days in the Workdays<\/strong> section<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Changes are saved automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When people request time off, holidays and weekends won\u2019t count. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For example, if someone requests Jan 1 \u2013 Jan 7 for time off \u2013 and Jan 1 is holiday, Jan 2 is Saturday, and Jan 3 is Sunday \u2013 their total request will be 4 days for time off.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Deleting or changing working days doesn\u2019t impact existing time off requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
