<\/rect><\/mask><\/path><\/g><\/svg>Export time off is a paid feature available in Standard, Pro, and Enterprise plans<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

As an Admin<\/strong> or Team manager<\/strong>, you can easily export time off data for your teams in CSV and Excel formats and keep track of their time off requests and balances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can find export time off when you go to the Time off<\/strong> page, in the Requests<\/strong> and Balance<\/strong> tabs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Export time off from Request tab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To export time off data from the Request<\/strong> tab:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to the Time off<\/strong> page in the left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the Requests<\/strong> tab, apply filters to select the requests you want to export<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click Export<\/strong> at the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choose to save requests as CSV<\/strong> or Excel<\/strong> file<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Time off requests will be exported according to the filters you have previously set. This includes status of the requests (pending, approved or rejected), users, and time period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Export time off from Balance tab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To export time off data from the Balance<\/strong> tab:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to the Time off<\/strong> page in the left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. In the Balance <\/strong>tab, filter out users\u2019 time off balances you\u2019d like to export<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click Export<\/strong> at the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Choose to save balance as CSV<\/strong> or Excel<\/strong> file<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
