Update multiple projects with one click. You can select multiple projects and update one or several of their properties at once, or delete them altogether.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a paid feature, which you can enable by upgrading<\/a> your workspace to any of the paid plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Update multiple projects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To update multiple projects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to the Projects<\/strong> page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select check-boxes for the projects you wish to update<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Once selected, click Bulk edit<\/strong> at the top<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select which properties you wish to update and set new values<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Save<\/strong> to update all selected projects with new values<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    When you’re adding members to projects, you can select whether you wish to add the new members to the existing members list, or to overwrite it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Tip: Before editing, you can filter the project you wish to update and then click the top checkbox to select all the filtered projects with one click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Delete tasks on multiple projects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You can also use a bulk edit option to delete tasks on multiple projects. Use it to save time and improve your efficiency. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
