Clockify keeps you informed through various types of notifications to help you stay on top of your tasks, time entries, approvals, and team activities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set up notification preferences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You have full control over which alerts you receive and how you receive them. Notifications can be delivered via Email, In-App Notifications, or sometimes both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To manage your individual notifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click your Profile Settings<\/strong> in the top-right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Preferences<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Go to the Email Notifications<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Check or uncheck the boxes to enable or disable specific alerts<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Notifications in Clockify fall into three main categories: approvals & time off, assignments & changes, and reminders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Timesheet & approval notifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Here\u2019s an overview of timesheet and approval notifications in Clockify, their triggers, recipients, and contents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Submit timesheet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    These notifications are sent when a user submits a timesheet for approval. They help managers and admins keep track of submitted timesheets that require attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
