Knowing your role provides a better insight into what you can and cannot do in Clockify.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether you&#8217;re an Admin, Manager, or Regular user, here&#8217;s how you can easily check your user role:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open your browser and navigate to Clockify<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log in with your credentials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Once logged in, go to the <strong>Team<\/strong> page from the sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019ll find a list of all workspace members, including those with Full, Limited, and Group access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Here, you can see the role assigned to you within the workspace (e.g. Admin, Team Manager, Project Manager or User)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"558\" src=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/team_page_check_assigned_role-1024x558.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25639\" srcset=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/team_page_check_assigned_role-1024x558.png 1024w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/team_page_check_assigned_role-300x164.png 300w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/team_page_check_assigned_role-768x419.png 768w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/team_page_check_assigned_role-1536x837.png 1536w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/team_page_check_assigned_role-2048x1116.png 2048w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/team_page_check_assigned_role-18x10.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">User roles in Clockify<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Admin<\/strong>: Full access to manage all aspects of the workspace, including user management, permissions, and billing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Manager<\/strong>: Can manage teams, track time, and view reports, but cannot change workspace settings or billing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>User<\/strong>: Can track time and view reports but does not have permissions to manage teams or settings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If you don&#8217;t see the <strong>Team<\/strong> page in your sidebar, you may not have permission to view it.
