The Bulk edit<\/strong> feature helps managers and administrators quickly update, submit, or approve multiple time entries or timesheets at once for accurate and consistent time tracking across your team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is Bulk edit?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bulk edit allows you to update multiple time entries simultaneously. This can save significant time when adjusting details like projects, tasks, or tags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access permissions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The permissions for using Bulk edit features vary depending on the user’s role within the platform, as detailed in the table below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admin<\/strong><\/td>Has full access to bulk edit and delete all entries.<\/td>Has full access to bulk submit, approve, and reject.<\/td><\/tr>
Team Manager<\/strong><\/td>Can bulk edit and delete time entries for their assigned team members.<\/td>Can bulk submit, approve, and reject timesheets for their team members.<\/td><\/tr>
Project Manager<\/strong><\/td>Can bulk edit and delete time entries only for their assigned projects.<\/td>Can bulk approve and reject timesheets only for their assigned projects.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Bulk edit time entries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are two primary ways to bulk edit time entries, depending on whether you are editing for a single day or across a large time range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edit from the Time Tracker Page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This method is ideal for quick edits to a specific user’s entries on a single day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to the Time Tracker<\/strong> page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Find the list of time entries for the user and the day you wish to edit<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the Bulk edit icon<\/strong> next to the total number of hours tracked for that specific day<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Tick the checkboxes next to the time entries you want to edit<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Bulk edit<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Edit items in the Bulk edit window:\n
