This guide provides an overview of the signup<\/strong> and login<\/strong> processes for new Admins<\/strong> and Owners<\/strong> of Clockify accounts. Whether you’re new to Clockify or managing an existing account, this article will walk you through the steps to get started and access your workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sign up for Clockify<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019d like to use the Clockify app and don\u2019t have an account yet, you can create one by signing up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Click Sign up free<\/strong> in the Clockify homescreen <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enter the following information:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Continue with Apple<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Sign up using your Apple ID on your Apple device. Enter your email or phone number and follow the prompts to link your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Continue with Microsoft<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Sign in through your organization\u2019s Microsoft account. Once you approve the permissions for Clockify, you\u2019ll be redirected straight to your workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Continue with Google<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If you choose Continue with Google<\/strong>, you\u2019ll be prompted to pick your email address (if you have more than one). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once you’ve signed up, you’ll use the Log in<\/strong> option to access your Clockify account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If your email is already registered in Clockify, it will automatically link to your Google, Apple, or Microsoft login. You\u2019ll be logged into your organization immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Log in to Clockify<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you already have a Clockify account, you can easily log in using the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Visit <\/a>https:\/\/clockify.me<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Enter your email address<\/strong> associated with your Clockify account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click Continue with Email<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. You\u2019ll receive a verification code<\/strong> in your inbox<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Enter the 6-character verification code (numbers and letters) in the verification screen
      The code expires after 30 seconds<\/strong>, so make sure to enter it quickly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Once the code is verified, you\u2019ll be automatically logged in and redirected to the Time tracker <\/strong>page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If you encounter any issues while logging in, here are a few things to keep in mind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If, during the login process, you mistakenly entered a new email address that is not linked to an existing Clockify account, you will be redirected to the signup screen<\/strong>. You can then complete the signup process and create a new Clockify account with that email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Failed login attempts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If you didn\u2019t receive the email with code, you can resend it in 30 seconds.
      Also, if you\u2019re not getting verification emails, find your last email from us and click the click here<\/strong> link inside. This will confirm your email and restart the delivery of new codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Single sign-on (SSO) login<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If you want to avoid entering your login credentials each time, you can set up Single Sign-On (SSO)<\/strong> to connect Clockify with your organization\u2019s identity provider. This allows you to sign in automatically without needing to enter your credentials manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
