Additionally, clearing the cache and cookies might also help resolve the issue.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s how to clear the cache on different browsers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Google Chrome<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to Settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Privacy and security on the left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Delete browser data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select &#8220;all time&#8221; under the time range<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delete<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Safari<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Launch the Safari browser on your Mac.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Safari \u2192&nbsp;Preferences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click the&nbsp;Privacy&nbsp;tab and select&nbsp;<strong>Manage Website Data<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select a website that is listed, then click Remove. To remove all website data from Safari, click Remove All.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Firefox<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the menu button to open the menu panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click&nbsp;<em>History<\/em>&nbsp;\u2192 select&nbsp;<strong>Clear Recent History<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next to Time range to clear, choose Everything from the drop-down menu, select Cache in the items list, make sure other items you want to keep are not selected, and then click the OK button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Microsoft Edge<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In Edge, select More (three horizontal dots in the upper right corner).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Settings \u2192 Open&nbsp;the Settings on the left-side menu&nbsp;\u2192&nbsp;Privacy, search, and services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Select&nbsp;<strong>Choose what to clear<\/strong>&nbsp;under Clear browsing data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under Time range, choose a time range \u201cAll time\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Cookies and other site data, and then select Clear now.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\">To ensure that all data is deleted and that your browser is running properly, make sure to select \u2018all time\u2019 when clearing the cache.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXe6Eny6MQnw_DnqC64nga43ZRhhSw0K3ToZ11qIBC5pRor_nqwvTjpQypBlnyUzWZb27AMqExtUsDD2s38-o65O5p0M0TzQRGO42NT_LtJ_i0HeMVnYyShBhP2Fje7rHa-PVOqw?key=XZmssafXgdhlV2XB9mRUkEGN\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Whitelist Clockify domains and IP addresses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re using a restricted network (e.g., corporate or secure office network), you may need to whitelist specific Clockify domains to allow the login page to load properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make sure the following domains and IPs are allowed in your firewall or network settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>img.clockify.me<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>api.clockify.me<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>global.api.clockify.me<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reports.api.clockify.me<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stomp.clockify.me<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IP address: 198.2.128.220&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to whitelist<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify where to manage network access (firewall, proxy, security software, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the domains and IP addresses listed above to your allowed list<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save the changes and refresh the login page<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Still having issues?
