If you\u2019re logged into a different account than the one used to join or create a workspace, you won\u2019t see it listed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What to do:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Double-check which email you\u2019re currently logged in with<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you\u2019re not sure which email you used for your workspace:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check your email inboxes for any Clockify-related messages (e.g., invites, reports, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are part of a company workspace, ask your workspace admin to check your email address via the Team page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Using Apple ID?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you logged in or created an account using the \u201cContinue with Apple\u201d option, your account might be using Apple\u2019s Private Relay feature, which generates a private, anonymized email (e.g., <a href=\"mailto:random@privatereplay.appleid.com\">random@privatereplay.appleid.com<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you try to log in later using your real email address, it may not work because that email isn\u2019t linked to your Clockify account.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Make sure you\u2019re logging in with the same method you originally used (e.g., Continue with Apple, not manual login).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"528\" src=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Screenshot-2025-06-25-at-13.11.10-1-1024x528.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23495\" srcset=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Screenshot-2025-06-25-at-13.11.10-1-1024x528.png 1024w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Screenshot-2025-06-25-at-13.11.10-1-300x155.png 300w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Screenshot-2025-06-25-at-13.11.10-1-768x396.png 768w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Screenshot-2025-06-25-at-13.11.10-1-1536x792.png 1536w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Screenshot-2025-06-25-at-13.11.10-1-2048x1056.png 2048w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Screenshot-2025-06-25-at-13.11.10-1-18x9.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You have multiple workspaces under the same account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re logged in with the right email address but still can\u2019t find your workspace, it\u2019s possible you have multiple workspaces and the wrong one is currently active.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To switch to another workspace:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the workspace switcher located in the upper left corner of the screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Browse through the list of workspaces to see if your missing workspace is listed here<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXd1l58yuzMQkBNd5G3QSPExbzyFHcQzUssUQm1oRw70MWU9efu0DEYNRSN6cau6FB1sY7A3FOfui5tGnR_UdTs95ZxN_3kUGUfamCPb4VbbaIFAvp5tRCVLzypxThRtpk3iFZFT?key=XZmssafXgdhlV2XB9mRUkEGN\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You\u2019ve been removed from the workspace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve been removed from the workspace, you\u2019ll be automatically logged out of it and redirected to your personal workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To check:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the notification bell (top-right corner)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Look for a message: \u201cYou\u2019ve been removed from the workspace.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If that\u2019s the case, reach out to your admin to be re-invited.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXfASw2cqBeoFzBD2_DK1ivEm2xo2iF-flRJud5ktTHL6ajUi0tPuAN7uLCzVEXyrGOJUnSHoACV_s2I8sZpm22VLf8VrV2imq7swXKX1G9BQ8w9UQDMvGxmcgF58h-uNczWPppm?key=XZmssafXgdhlV2XB9mRUkEGN\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Still having issues?
