If you get the message that the invitation link has expired when you try to accept it, here are the steps you can take.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make sure that you haven\u2019t already accepted the invitation and created an account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019ve accepted the invitation via the link already, it will automatically become invalid, and you won\u2019t be able to log into your workspace via it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To check this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Navigate to the clockify.me<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Enter your credentials (email and verification code)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Log in<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If you already have an account, you can accept the pending invite via the notification center, which is located under the bell icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The invite expired<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Invitation links expire after 14 days, so if you haven\u2019t accepted one during that time, the account admin will need to provide you with a new one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Steps for the admins of the account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Here\u2019s how you can resend the invite:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to the team page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on the three dots next to the user who has the \u2018not joined yet\u2019 tag<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select the \u2018send an invite email\u2019 option<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Alternatively, you can remove the user completely from your account and add them again by following these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click on your profile icon and select \u201cManage CAKE.com<\/a> account”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. In the next window, navigate to the \u201cMembers\u201d section<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Find the user that you\u2019d like to remove and click to expand the details<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select \u201cDelete\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Go back to the team page and add them again by clicking on the \u201cAdd full member\u201d button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Only the account owners have permissions to delete team members who haven’t accepted the invite yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
