can\u2019t add time"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>If you are unable to add time, there are a few things you can check to fix the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The \u201cForce Timer\u201d feature is enabled<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When Force Timer is turned on, you can only track time using the timer; manual entries are disabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you see an error message \u2018Manual time tracking is disabled\u2019, this might be the cause<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019ll need to use the timer instead, or ask your workspace admin to disable Force find the admin of a workspace:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to the Team tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Look for a user with an Admin role assigned<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure Lock Timesheets is enabled in the workspace settings, you won\u2019t be able to edit the time for locked dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You\u2019ll see a message saying the date is locked on the timesheet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You won\u2019t be able to select that particular date on the Time Tracker page, as it will be grayed out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case, ask your workspace admin to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add the time manually for you, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temporarily disable Lock Timesheets so you can enter it yourself<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Device time is not synced<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your device clock isn\u2019t synced with real time, the system may prevent you from adding time.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/time.is\">time.is<\/a> to check if your device time is accurate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it\u2019s off, update your device\u2019s clock&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Try adding time again<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For workspace admins<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your team reports they can\u2019t add time manually:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the three dots next to your workspace name and select \u201cWorkspace Settings.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to the Permissions tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll all the way down and check if the Force Timer and Lock Timesheet features are enabled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disable the features if needed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1600\" height=\"697\"
