In the Timesheet view, you won\u2019t see the description field by default. This view is designed for fast time input across the week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But you can still add a description (and more details) after creating an entry. Here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add your time normally <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Select a project and a task<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Enter your hours directly into the timesheet cells<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      <\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Click on the three dots in the cell<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Once the entry is created, click on the three dots in the cell<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. A detailed pop-up will open<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Add your description and other details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        In the pop-up window, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Add a description<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Set start and end times<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Add tags<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Add other time entry details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Descriptions are linked to individual time entries. If you enter the same project across multiple rows, you’ll need to add a description to each entry separately if needed.
