{"id":23585,"date":"2025-06-25T13:59:57","date_gmt":"2025-06-25T13:59:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/?p=23585"},"modified":"2026-10-30T16:05:44","modified_gmt":"2026-10-30T16:05:44","slug":"timesheet-discrepancy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/troubleshooting\/optimize-tracking\/timesheet-discrepancy","title":{"rendered":"Timesheet discrepancy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"translation-block wp-block-paragraph\">If you are seeing differences between your team member\u2019s timesheet and what you see as an admin, it\u2019s likely due to the time zone setting selected in <strong>Workspace settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To resolve this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click on the <strong>three dots icon<\/strong> next to your workspace name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Select <strong>Workspace settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click <strong>Time tracking<\/strong> from the sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Select <strong>Original time zone<\/strong> under <strong>Time data display<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click <strong>Confirm<\/strong> on the pop-up window<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"423\" src=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Change-time-zone-to-Original-time.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36141\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This option enables you to see all time entries in the original time zone it was logged in regardless of your local time zone.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Still having issues?
