If a team member is unable to submit a time off request, here are the most common reasons and how to resolve them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The user is not assigned to the time off policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If a user is not assigned to any time off policy, they won\u2019t be able to request time off. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admins can check this by following the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to the Time Off page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the Cog icon and select \u201cManage policies\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the three dots and select \u201cEdit\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Make sure that the user is listed under the \u201cAssignees\u201d menu<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The user does not have sufficient time off balance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Even if a user is assigned to the policy, they won\u2019t be able to request time off if their balance is zero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To check their balance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to the Time Off page from the sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on the Balance tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Filter by User or Policy to view the available balance<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      If they don\u2019t have enough balance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
