If you\u2019re trying to change the currency for a client but don\u2019t see any options in the dropdown, it\u2019s likely because no additional currencies have been added yet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to change client currency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to the Clients page from the sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the pen icon next to the Client you want to edit\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In the pop-up window, scroll down to the button and click on the Currency dropdown<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select the desired currency and save changes\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If the dropdown is empty, it means no other currencies have been created yet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to add currencies to the workspace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To assign different currencies to clients, you\u2019ll need to first create those currencies in your Workspace Settings. Only then will they appear as options when editing a client.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To add new currencies to your workspace:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on the three dots next to the Workspace name at the top of the page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select \u201cWorkspace settings\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Scroll a bit down and click on \u201cEdit\u201d under the Currencies section<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select \u201cAdd currency\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Enter the currency abbreviation (e.g., EUR, GBP, CAD) and save<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n


      After that, go back to the Clients page and edit the client again. The new currency options will now be available in the dropdown. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Once the client\u2019s currency is updated, all projects assigned to that client will automatically apply the selected currency for budgeting and invoicing.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
