If your Google or Outlook events aren\u2019t appearing in the Clockify Calendar, the issue is most likely related to the calendar connection or browser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The wrong calendar might be connected<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Make sure the calendar you expect to see events from is actually listed and enabled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to the Calendar page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the cog icon in the upper right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Under Google or Outlook, check which calendar accounts are connected<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Reconnect the calendar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If the correct calendar is connected, but events still aren\u2019t showing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on the three dots next to the connected calendar (Google or Outlook)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select Disconnect<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Reconnect the calendar by following the prompts\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Go back to the calendar and check if events appear<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Browser issues might be preventing the sync<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If reconnecting doesn\u2019t work, try the following: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Clear cache and cookies <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Open Clockify in an incognito or private window<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Try using a different browser to see if the issue persists<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
