Here\u2019s how the connection works and what to check if syncing fails.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">QuickBooks plan may not be supported<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/integrations-and-add-ons\/quickbooks-integration\">Clockify QuickBooks integration<\/a> requires you to be on <strong>Standard, Pro, or Enterprise<\/strong> plan. The paid <a href=\"https:\/\/marketplace.cake.com\/addons\/7ceca637-7626-474c-aea0-56bbe5796397\">add-on<\/a> can be downloaded from <a href=\"http:\/\/cake.com\/\">CAKE.com<\/a> Marketplace. It also requires a Clockify account on Standard plan or higher.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To check your plan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open QuickBooks Online<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to Account and Settings -&gt; Billing and Subscription&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review your current plan and features&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Client and project mapping don\u2019t match<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mapping between Clockify and QuickBooks happens based on matching names and structure.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The user name from Clockify must match an Employee name in QuickBooks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If using only projects in Clockify, project names must be identical to Customer names in QBO<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If using both clients and projects in Clockify:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clockify clients must have the same name as the parent customers in QBO<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clockfy projects must have the same name as sub-customers in QBO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note wp-block-paragraph\">If you only have projects in Clockify, in that case, you would sync them with customers in QuickBooks;
