If you are unable to launch a kiosk, make sure you\u2019re an admin<\/strong> or a workspace owner<\/strong>. Only users with these roles have permissions to launch kiosks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check your subscription<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Kiosk is a paid feature. If the workspace owner\/admin downgrades the subscription from a paid plan to a free plan or your free trial has ended, existing kiosk URLs will be disabled. To reactivate access, subscribe to Basic plan or higher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to launch the kiosk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to the Kiosks<\/strong> page from the sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Locate the kiosk you want to launch and copy the link<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Open the link on any device (tablet, computer, or phone)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Sign in with your admin credentials (email + verification code)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The kiosk stays active for 24 hours by default. After that, it needs to be relaunched. To keep it active longer, you can edit the kiosk settings if you are subscribed to the Standard plan or higher.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Change kiosk session duration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to the Kiosks<\/strong> page from the sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on the three dot icon<\/strong> next to the kiosk<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select Edit<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Change the kiosk session duration (e.g. 48 hours)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Disable the required login<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If you want to launch the kiosk without entering your credentials every time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click on the three dot icon<\/strong> next to your workspace name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click Workspace settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Navigate to the Permissions<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Scroll down to the Kiosk launch settings<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Disable the Kiosk login required<\/strong> option<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Once disabled, everyone can launch kiosks directly without logging in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
