Settings are applied per-user basis.<br>Meaning, the changes you make will affect only you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rearrange items in your sidebar by drag and drop&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Move items you rarely use to the <strong>Show more<\/strong> section<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Access <strong>Profile settings<\/strong> by clicking on your profile in the upper left corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In <strong>Profile settings<\/strong>, you can choose to manage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>My profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"612\" height=\"906\" src=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/profile_settings_cake_update.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22420\" style=\"width:310px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/profile_settings_cake_update.png 612w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/profile_settings_cake_update-203x300.png 203w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/profile_settings_cake_update-8x12.png 8w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 612px) 100vw, 612px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My profile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If you\u2019d like to update your personal information, such as your email address, profile picture, or username, you can do so directly from your <a href=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/introduction-to-cake-com\/what-is-cake-com-productivity-suite\/#cake-com-account\">CAKE.com Account<\/a>. Change the interface language in your <a href=\"https:\/\/app.clockify.me\/user\/settings\">Profile settings<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you invite a new user to your workspace, they&#8217;ll inherit your language setting during signup. They can change if they want to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desktop and mobile apps take language based on the operating system (profile settings are only applied to the web version).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Email notifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Control which emails you get from Clockify (newsletter, personal weekly report, and long-running timers) by choosing <strong>Email preferences<\/strong> in your <strong>Profile settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Newsletter &#8211; Receive a monthly email about new features in Clockify<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onboarding &#8211; Receive an email series about key features and activities when joining Clockify<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weekly report &#8211; Receive a weekly email about your time tracking activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Long-running timer &#8211; Receive an email when a time entry is running more than 8 hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/reports\/scheduled-reports\">Scheduled reports<\/a> &#8211; Receive shared reports you\u2019ve scheduled to email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/approval\">Approval<\/a> &#8211; Receive an email when a timesheet is submitted, rejected, withdrawn, or approved<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/create-manage-time-off-policy\">Time off<\/a> &#8211; Receive an email when balance is updated, or a time off request is submitted, approved, or rejected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/projects\/alerts\">Alerts <\/a>&#8211; Receive an email when a project or task reaches a certain percentage of its estimated time or budget<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/administration\/targets-reminders\">Reminders<\/a> &#8211; Receive an email when you or your teammates miss or go over time tracking targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/projects\/scheduling\">Schedule<\/a> &#8211; Receive an email about your scheduled assignments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Clockify may still send you messages regarding your account, required service announcements, legal notifications, and privacy matters.<br>In order to receive these email notifications, you need to have a verified email and also check which type of notifications you&#8217;d like to receive in <strong>Email preferences<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also unsubscribe from any type of email you receive by clicking <strong>Unsubscribe <\/strong>at the bottom of the email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Advanced settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Fine-tune your account in the <strong>Advanced settings<\/strong> section to improve security and efficiency.
