The Insights add-on visualizes your workspace data in a customizable dashboard, enabling you to monitor key metrics such as project progress, financial status, and team activity at a glance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Time off<\/strong> card requires the Standard<\/strong> plan, and the Expenses<\/strong> card requires the Pro<\/strong> plan.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Install the Insights add-on<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To start using the dashboard, you must first install the add-on from the Marketplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to https:\/\/marketplace.cake.com\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Log in with your Clockify credentials<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Search for Insights<\/strong> in the search bar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Install<\/strong> on the add-on page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select the workspace where you want to install the add-on<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Access the Marketplace directly in Clockify by clicking the puzzle icon<\/strong> in the top-right corner and selecting Browse Marketplace<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Configure dashboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Once installed, you can choose which data cards to display to best suit your needs. You can select up to 4 cards to view simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to your Clockify workspace<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click Insights<\/strong> from the sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Use the calendar in the top right of the dashboard to select your desired date range<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click Choose cards <\/strong>to open the dropdown menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Select the checkboxes next to the cards you want to display (e.g., Unpaid invoices<\/strong>, Projects<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Available data cards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The following data cards are available for use with the Insights add-on, along with the plans they correspond to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      FAQs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Who can see the Insights dashboard?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Insights dashboard is only available to workspace owners and administrators. Regular users and managers cannot access this add-on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Why can’t I see the Time off or Expenses cards?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      These cards require specific subscription plans. You must be on the Standard<\/strong> plan or higher to view Time off data, and the Pro<\/strong> plan or higher to view Expenses data. If you are on a lower plan, these cards will be locked or unavailable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
