ClickUp to your Clockify workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Export your data from the other app<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To transfer your data into Clockify, you need to export it from your other time-tracking app and download it as a CSV file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refer to these guides for exporting data and downloading the CSV file:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/getting-started\/import-timesheets\">import rules<\/a> to ensure your data is imported successfully.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure your CSV has these columns (at minimum):\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start Date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start Time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clockify uses the MM\/DD\/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD date format and duration as HH:MM:SS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The email addresses in your CSV must match the email addresses of the users you have already invited to your Clockify workspace, otherwise their data will be skipped during the import process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a project in your CSV doesn&#8217;t exist in Clockify, the importer will create it automatically during the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Import your CSV to Clockify<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To import your data into Clockify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to Clockify<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click on the <strong>three dots icon<\/strong> next to your workspace name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click the <strong>Import <\/strong>tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the CSV file you previously downloaded (you can also drag and drop the file to the box)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the date format that is used in your CSV file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click <strong>Continue<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the preview and ensure there are no errors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click
