The kiosk is launched on a shared device so users can clock in and track their activities. Only assigned users can clock in the kiosk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clock in \/ clock out<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are two ways to clock in the kiosk depending on the authentication method<\/a> enabled by your Organization owner\/Workspace admin in the workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clock in via QR code<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To log in to kiosk via QR code: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open your kiosk app<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Choose Scan QR code<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Scan your personal QR code (sent via email)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    After you scan it, you\u2019ll be able to clock in to kiosk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If QR fails, you can use your 6-digit PIN as a fallback.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Clock in via PIN (4- or 6-digit)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    To log in to kiosk via PIN code: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Launch kiosk<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Choose your profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Enter your personal PIN<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click Clock in<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      If you can\u2019t remember your PIN, click the Forgot your PIN?<\/strong> link and confirm the action. This will notify the owner\/admin to reset the member PIN.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      People who are clocked-in will have a green dot next to them on the kiosk list.
      To see who’s currently clocked-in in the web app, go to the team Dashboard<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
