Go to Monitoring > Dashboard <\/strong>to check productive\/unproductive team members, and view page visits (with screenshots if enabled). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individual users and departments use applications differently. Reviewing data across different levels in the organization helps you identify high-level usage patterns and spot anomalies before adjusting the rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Switch views across teams and members<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Use the tabs to switch the displayed data to the exact level of detail you need. Switch between Workspace rules<\/strong>, Group rules<\/strong>, and Member rules<\/strong> to compare organization-wide usage against department trends or inspect individual user activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Productivity rules follow a hierarchy, where the more specific setting overrides a general setting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, if a specific website is classified as Unproductive in the workspace but a member logs productive hours with it, you should check the Member rules tab to confirm if a specific member rule overrides the workspace default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Review top users list<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Top members<\/strong> tile displays the list of top 5 individuals in the workspace who use the specific app or website the most. Use this list to check how much time they spend in the app, then verify the pages visited in the Latest subpages and Screenshots sections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Latest subpages<\/strong> tile displays additional details about the app or website, specifically a breakdown of tabs or documents opened by the users while the system was tracking their time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
