Admins can follow these steps to uninstall the activity monitoring agent from a device. If your team member needs to uninstall the agent for some reason, send these instructions to them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uninstalling the Activity Monitoring agent completely stops all background tracking and data collection on that device. Manually removing an offline device from the UI preserves all historical tracking data (screenshots, logs, utilization) in accordance with Clockify\u2019s workspace retention policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uninstall agent in Windows<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To uninstall the agent on your Windows device:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open your computer’s Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Apps<\/strong>, and click Installed Apps<\/strong> (or use the Control Panel<\/strong> and go to Programs and Features<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Find the Clockify AM Agent in the list and run the uninstaller<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The system will automatically close the activity monitoring agent and remove the app from your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
