Activity Monitoring allows you to track app usage, capture screenshots, and monitor team productivity in real time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below is a guide to understanding the different onboarding states and how to activate Activity Monitoring for your workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upgrade to access Activity Monitoring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This option applies if you are on a Free, Basic, or Standard plan.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

If your workspace is on a plan that does not include Activity Monitoring, the Monitoring<\/strong> tab (located at the sidebar) shows an option to upgrade to a qualifying plan (Pro or Enterprise). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your workspace is on an eligible plan, the Monitoring<\/strong> page lets you enable Activity Monitoring<\/strong> by toggling it on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only Workspace owners can activate Activity Monitoring.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Enable Activity Monitoring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can also enable activity monitoring from your Workspace settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To do this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the three dots icon<\/strong> next to your workspace name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Workspace settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the Activate Activity Monitoring<\/strong> toggle switch to turn it ON<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Confirm\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click I AGREE<\/strong> to consent and activate the feature<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    What information does Activity Monitoring collect?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Activity Monitoring collects device activity via the activity monitoring agent installed in a user\u2019s device. While the agent is running, it records:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Keyboard activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Mouse activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Active applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Active websites<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Idle periods<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Screenshots (when enabled)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      What happens after activation?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • If activated from the Monitoring page:<\/strong> Activity Monitoring is globally enabled for the workspace, and you will be redirected immediately to your live Activity Monitoring Dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • If activated from Workspace Settings:<\/strong> The feature activates globally, and a success message (“Workspace settings have been updated”) will appear.
