class=\"wp-block-heading\">Log in with Apple login<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If upon logging in you choose the <strong>Continue with Apple<\/strong> option:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You\u2019ll be prompted to enter your AppleID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After your ID is verified, you\u2019ll be able to <strong>Create your account<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019ll go through the login process via Google or Apple login<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the process is successfully completed, a Sign up screen will appear <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Check <strong>CAKE.com Terms and Conditions<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create your account<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You\u2019ll be redirected to the <strong>Time Tracker<\/strong> screen and you can start tracking time right away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\"> If you\u2019re logging in via Google or Apple log in, there won’t be the verification account step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Once you’re logged in, you’ll land on the Time Tracker screen, where you’ll see your most recent entries. Here you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Switch between tracking time and break mode<\/strong>: swipe left<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Create a new time entry<\/strong>: tap on the blue play (timer) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Manually add time<\/strong>: tap + button at the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Continue tracking<\/strong> <strong>time for a recent task<\/strong>: swipe right on a time entry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Delete a time entry<\/strong>: swipe left on a time entry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>See the timer ticking<\/strong> at the bottom, if it’s running<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Edit time entries<\/strong>: tap a time entry or the running timer to edit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>See past time entries<\/strong>: swipe up from the middle of the screen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip\">When you are manually creating a time entry, default start and end times are automatically provided, so you don\u2019t have to enter them each time. However, you can easily adjust these times by entering your preferred start and end times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clockify does an automatic sync every time you perform an action. If you are offline, Clockify will sync as soon as you’re online. If you don’t perform any action, you’ll have to do a manual sync by swiping down from the middle of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Clockify groups similar time entries under one expandable entry. Then, a new time entry with the same description, project, client, and tags will be created, and the timer will start ticking for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calendar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can see all your time entries in a Calendar view (available in the sidebar menu). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tap on a time entry to edit it, or to continue a timer for it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a new entry by tapping + sign at the corner \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Or press & hold a desired time slot until <strong>New time entry<\/strong> form appears<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To move time entry, press & hold a time slot and drag & drop it to desired time <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to other days by tapping on a date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>See when you have time off <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Syncing Clockify and your local calendar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Connect your phone’s calendar to track and see events in Clockify. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Go to <strong>Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Tap on <strong>Calendar integration<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toggle the switch to connect with your calendar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Tap <strong>OK <\/strong>in the confirmation screen that appears to allow Clockify to access your calendar<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You’ll get a list of all accounts and calendars connected to your phone. You can discard the running timer on the <strong>Time Tracker <\/strong>screen. <br>With <strong>Copy as time entry<\/strong>, you’ll copy the event as a time entry that can be added to a task or a project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If there is a newly created event in your calendar, go to the Calendar screen and wait for the events to sync. After the sync is done, you’ll be able to see them in Clockify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pomodoro timer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Pomodoro timer<\/strong> helps you structure your work by breaking it into timed work and break sessions, allowing you to stay focused and avoid burnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How it works<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">A Pomodoro session consists of a <strong>focus session<\/strong> (work time) and a <strong>break session<\/strong> (break).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You can start a timer for a focus session to begin your work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">To start the <strong>Pomodoro<\/strong> timer: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Go to the <strong>Time tracker<\/strong> page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Tap on <strong>Pomodoro<\/strong> to switch to Templates are extracted from your previous entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip\">If you apply a template that includes projects or tasks that are deleted, archived, or no longer accessible to you, those items will not be added to your current Timesheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Copy last week<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To copy last week\u2019s tasks and projects into the current week, tap the <strong>Copy last week<\/strong> button located below the timesheet prompt, where your current week\u2019s entries are typically displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\">This option will appear if you don\u2019t have any entries for the current week. If you\u2019ve already added entries, the option will not be visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Offline mode<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you’re offline, you can still save a template. Once you’re back online, you\u2019ll be able to apply the saved template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Edit entry<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To edit a time entry, simply tap on it from the Time Tracker screen. If the timer is running, you can edit details of that time entry by tapping on the timer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">On <strong>Edit entry details<\/strong> screen you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edit start and end time, as well as the date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select task and project (plus create project, tasks, and clients from within the app)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit time description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mark time entry as billable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add\/remove tags (plus create them)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip translation-block\">Regular (non-admin) team members aren\u2019t able to create clients, projects, and tags if they are not granted these permissions. If you move to another screen, it will stay there until you dismiss it or it disappears after 5 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Offline mode<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You can still use <strong>Undo<\/strong> when you’re offline, but only for entries that were created offline. If you try to undo something created while online, the Undo message will disappear when you go offline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Track breaks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019d like to see how much time you\u2019re spending on breaks and optimize it a bit, you can track your breaks in the Time Tracker on your iOS device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\">Break timer is available to all users regardless of your user role. You only need to have breaks enabled in the Workspace settings on the web app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To start a break:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Tap on the timer by tapping play <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If Break mode is turned on, when you duplicate or continue the break entry, a new break entry is created <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If Break mode is turned off, when you duplicate or continue the break entry, a regular break entry is created<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Break timer is available in the offline mode<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duration format set in the Workspace settings, on the web app, will be applied <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Track holidays and time off<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Clockify allows you to track and manage time off and holiday entries for your workspace members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are distinctly displayed on all the tracking pages: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Time Tracker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timesheet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calendar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time off <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\">Time off and holiday entries can be created by Owners and Admins. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip translation-block\">To use the <strong>Time off<\/strong> screen of iOS, the feature first needs to be enabled in the <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/workspaces#workspace-settings\">Workspace settings<\/a>, on the web app. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Time off screen <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">On the <strong>Time off <\/strong>screen, you can manage paid time off (PTO) and holiday leave. <br>It is organized into three tabs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Requests<\/strong>: Contains all submitted requests and their statuses (pending, approved or rejected) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Timeline<\/strong>: With a 30-day overview of all scheduled time off and holidays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Balance<\/strong>: Used to approve request<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Permission to manage the request are based on your role: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Owners & Admins<\/strong>: View and manage all requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Team Managers<\/strong>: Manage requests for their team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Specific Members<\/strong>: Manage requests connected to the specific time off policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">To manage a request, tap to open it, review the details and choose to <strong>Approve<\/strong>, <strong>Reject<\/strong>, or <strong>Withdraw<\/strong> it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You can only edit <strong>pending<\/strong> requests. To withdraw the submission, tap on the pending label and then tap Withdraw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">All approved weeks will have APPROVED label next to them, and the entries will have the approved checkmark. You can’t edit approved time. But, you can add new time entries (if the week isn’t <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/lock-timesheets\">locked<\/a>) and submit it for another approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p reports<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note translation-block\">Scheduled reports is a paid feature available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/pricing\">Pro and Enterprise plans<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The <strong>Schedule to email<\/strong> feature lets Admins and Workspace owners schedule reports to be sent to selected recipients daily, weekly, or monthly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Receive reminders and notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Clockify iOS app allows you to configure push notifications to stay on top of your time tracking without constantly monitoring the app. You can also take action directly from the notifications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Timer reminders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Timer reminders help you remember to start or stop your timer again. class=\"wp-block-heading\">App theme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You can set an app theme that corresponds to the system. By default, when you install the app, app theme is set to <strong>System default<\/strong>. If you’d like to change the default theme, you can do that in the<strong> Settings<\/strong> screen and choosing one of the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>System default<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Light <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dark<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The theme will be applied immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Default project<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you continuously work on the same project, you can set a default project. Then, all you have to do is type what you\u2019re working on and start the timer, and the project will be selected automatically. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can set:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A fixed project, which will be always used when you start a timer for an entry without a project (until you change the default project)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Or select <strong>Last used project<\/strong>, and the timer will pick up the most recently used available project from your list of time entries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Offline mode<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can track time in Clockify on your iPhone even offline. You can create time entries manually or start\/stop the timer, and newly created time entries will be saved locally on your phone. When you get back online, the app will automatically sync all time entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you’re offline, you will only be able to see information loaded while you were online (time entries, projects, tasks, tags, etc.). So projects, tasks, and tags are available for selection if they were loaded before you went offline. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s not possible to create new projects, tasks, tags, and clients while offline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If you notice that the app is very slow, it probably means you have an unstable internet connection. In that case, enable <strong>Force offline mode <\/strong>in Settings to improve performance. This will make the app behave as if it’s offline without you having to turn off your internet connection. After your turn off <strong>Force offline mode<\/strong>, the app will automatically sync all time entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note translation-block\">If you are using the app in the <strong>offline mode<\/strong>, please make sure you\u2019ve synced your time entries with the cloud prior to logging out. class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You\u2019ll be prompted to enter your AppleID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After your ID is verified, you\u2019ll be able to <strong>Create your account<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019ll go through the login process via Google or Apple login<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the process is successfully completed, a Sign up screen will appear <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Check <strong>CAKE.com Terms and Conditions<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create your account<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You\u2019ll be redirected to the <strong>Time Tracker<\/strong> screen and you can start tracking time right away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\"> If you\u2019re logging in via Google or Apple log in, there won’t be the verification account step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Once you’re logged in, you’ll land on the Time Tracker screen, where you’ll see your most recent entries. Here you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Switch between tracking time and break mode<\/strong>: swipe left<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Create a new time entry<\/strong>: tap on the blue play (timer) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Manually add time<\/strong>: tap + button at the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Continue tracking<\/strong> <strong>time for a recent task<\/strong>: swipe right on a time entry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Delete a time entry<\/strong>: swipe left on a time entry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>See the timer ticking<\/strong> at the bottom, if it’s running<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Edit time entries<\/strong>: tap a time entry or the running timer to edit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>See past time entries<\/strong>: swipe up from the middle of the screen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip\">When you are manually creating a time entry, default start and end times are automatically provided, so you don\u2019t have to enter them each time. However, you can easily adjust these times by entering your preferred start and end times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clockify does an automatic sync every time you perform an action. If you are offline, Clockify will sync as soon as you’re online. If you don’t perform any action, you’ll have to do a manual sync by swiping down from the middle of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Clockify groups similar time entries under one expandable entry. After the sync is done, you’ll be able to see them in Clockify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pomodoro timer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Pomodoro timer<\/strong> helps you structure your work by breaking it into timed work and break sessions, allowing you to stay focused and avoid burnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How it works<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">A Pomodoro session consists of a <strong>focus session<\/strong> (work time) and a <strong>break session<\/strong> (break).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p <strong>Workspace settings<\/strong>, timesheet templates can be created for weekly, semi-monthly and monthly time period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Timesheet template<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re working on a complex project that spans a long time and often need to enter the same time entries in your Timesheet, you can set up a template to save time and reuse it whenever you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To set timesheet as template:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Open the <strong>Timesheet<\/strong> screen in the app<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Below the list of tracked entries, you\u2019ll have the following options:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Submit for approval<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Create<\/strong>\/<strong>Apply template<\/strong><br>or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Copy last week<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure Templates are extracted from your previous entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip\">If you apply a template that includes projects or tasks that are deleted, archived, or no longer accessible to you, those items will not be added to your current Timesheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Copy last week<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To copy last week\u2019s tasks and projects into the current week, tap the <strong>Copy last week<\/strong> button located below the timesheet prompt, where your current week\u2019s entries are typically displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\">This option will appear if you don\u2019t have any entries for the current week. If you\u2019ve already added entries, the option will not be visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Offline mode<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you’re offline, you can still save a template. Once you’re back online, you\u2019ll be able to apply the saved template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Edit entry<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To edit a time entry, simply tap on it from the Time Tracker screen. If the timer is running, you can edit details of that time entry by tapping on the timer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">On <strong>Edit entry details<\/strong> screen you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edit start and end time, as well as the date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select task and project (plus create project, tasks, and clients from within the app)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit time description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mark time entry as billable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add\/remove tags (plus create them)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip translation-block\">Regular (non-admin) team members aren\u2019t able to create clients, projects, and tags if they are not granted these permissions. To give them such permissions, you will need to log in via Web browser and set <strong>Who can create projects and clients<\/strong>, <strong>Who can create tasks <\/strong>and <strong>Who can create tags<\/strong> to <strong>Anyone<\/strong> in the Workspace settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anytime you edit something, Clockify will automatically save the changes and sync data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Split entry<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">When tracking time via Clockify on a mobile, you can split and divide an entry into smaller segments on the <strong>Time tracker<\/strong> and <strong>Calendar<\/strong> pages and track time with more accuracy and flexibility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip translation-block\">This feature is available to all users on a <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/administration\/subscription-plans#basic\">paid plan<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/administration\/free-trial\">free trial<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How it works<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Find the entry you want to split on the <strong>Time entries<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Undo ‘delete’ action<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If you’re on a <strong>Time tracker<\/strong>, <strong>Timesheet<\/strong>, <strong>Calendar<\/strong> or <strong>Expenses<\/strong>, you can bring back the entries you deleted. With the undo ‘delete’ action, you can quickly reverse actions like deleting entries, or expenses and discarding a running timer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This feature is available to all users, regardless of their plan or role. If you move to another screen, it will stay there until you dismiss it or it disappears after 5 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Offline mode<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You can still use <strong>Undo<\/strong> when you’re offline, but only for entries that were created offline. If you try to undo something created while online, the Undo message will disappear when you go offline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Track breaks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019d like to see how much time you\u2019re spending on breaks and optimize it a bit, you can track your breaks in the Time Tracker on your iOS device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\">Break timer is available to all users regardless of your user role. You only need to have breaks enabled in the Workspace settings on the web app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To start a break:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Tap on the arrow and switch to the <strong>Timer mode<\/strong> in the <strong>Time Tracker<\/strong> screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Navigate to the <strong>play<\/strong> button at the breaks is disabled or the workspace is downgraded, tracked break entries stay in the Time Tracker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If force timer is turned on, you can\u2019t switch the mode and can only start the timer by tapping play <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If Break mode is turned on, when you duplicate or continue the break entry, a new break entry is created <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If Break mode is turned off, when you duplicate or continue the break entry, a regular break entry is created<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Break timer is available in the offline mode<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duration format set in the Workspace settings, on the web app, will be applied <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Track holidays and time off<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Clockify allows you to track and manage time off and holiday entries for your workspace members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are distinctly displayed on all the tracking pages: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Time Tracker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timesheet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calendar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time off <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\">Time off and holiday entries can be created by Owners and Admins. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip translation-block\">To use the <strong>Time off<\/strong> screen of iOS, the feature first needs to be enabled in the <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/workspaces#workspace-settings\">Workspace settings<\/a>, on the web app. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Time off screen <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">On the <strong>Time off <\/strong>screen, you can manage paid time off (PTO) and holiday leave. <br>It is organized into three tabs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Requests<\/strong>: Contains all submitted requests and their statuses (pending, approved or rejected) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Timeline<\/strong>: With a 30-day overview of all scheduled time off and holidays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Balance<\/strong>: Used to check your current PTO status (accrued, used and available) broken down by policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" approve request<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Permission to manage the request are based on your role: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Owners & Admins<\/strong>: View and manage all requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Team Managers<\/strong>: Manage requests for their team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Specific Members<\/strong>: Manage requests connected to the specific time off policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">To manage a request, tap to open it, review the details and choose to <strong>Approve<\/strong>, <strong>Reject<\/strong>, or <strong>Withdraw<\/strong> it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You can only edit <strong>pending<\/strong> requests. To withdraw the submission, tap on the pending label and then tap Withdraw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">All approved weeks will have APPROVED label next to them, and the entries will have the approved checkmark. You can’t edit approved time. But, you can add new time entries (if the week isn’t <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/lock-timesheets\">locked<\/a>) and submit it for another approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In case there are <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/multiple-currencies\">multiple currencies<\/a> assigned to multiple clients, when you options<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These options allow you to set specific dates for reports you share:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Always open as last week<\/strong>: The report will be displayed for the last or current day, week, or month depending on the date range you set for the report<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Lock dates<\/strong>: When enabled, the user is only able to view the report for a specific date range<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scheduled reports<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note translation-block\">Scheduled reports is a paid feature available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/pricing\">Pro and Enterprise plans<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The <strong>Schedule to email<\/strong> feature lets Admins and Workspace owners schedule reports to be sent to selected recipients daily, weekly, or monthly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Receive reminders and notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Clockify iOS app allows you to configure push notifications to stay on top of your time tracking without constantly monitoring the app. You can also take action directly from the notifications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Timer reminders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Timer reminders help you remember to start or stop your timer again. Once the items are reviewed or actioned, the badge disappears. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Time off alerts<\/strong>: An indicator appears at the top left corner of the screen when there is a pending time off request that requires users attention. class=\"wp-block-heading\">App theme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You can set an app theme that corresponds to the system. By default, when you install the app, app theme is set to <strong>System default<\/strong>. If you’d like to change the default theme, you can do that in the<strong> Settings<\/strong> screen and choosing one of the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>System default<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Light <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dark<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The theme will be applied immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Default project<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you continuously work on the same project, you can set a default project. Then, all you have to do is type what you\u2019re working on and start the timer, and the project will be selected automatically. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can set:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A fixed project, which will be always used when you start a timer for an entry without a project (until you change the default project)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Or select <strong>Last used project<\/strong>, and the timer will pick up the most recently used available project from your list of time entries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Offline mode<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can track time in Clockify on your iPhone even offline. You can create time entries manually or start\/stop the timer, and newly created time entries will be saved locally on your phone. When you get back online, the app will automatically sync all time entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you’re offline, you will only be able to see information loaded while you were online (time entries, projects, tasks, tags, etc.). So projects, tasks, and tags are available for selection if they were loaded before you went offline. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s not possible to create new projects, tasks, tags, and clients while offline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If you notice that the app is very slow, it probably means you have an unstable internet connection. In that case, enable <strong>Force offline mode <\/strong>in Settings to improve performance. This will make the app behave as if it’s offline without you having to turn off your internet connection. After your turn off <strong>Force offline mode<\/strong>, the app will automatically sync all time entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note translation-block\">If you are using the app in the <strong>offline mode<\/strong>, please make sure you\u2019ve synced your time entries with the cloud prior to logging out.
