in<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To start tracking time in the app, you\u2019ll first need to log in to your Clockify account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To log in, you can do one of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Enter email you used to create Clockify account and <strong>Continue with Email<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose <strong>Continue with Google<\/strong> if you\u2019ve associated your Clockify account with your Google account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose <strong>Continue with Microsoft email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Tap on <strong>Continue with Email<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter verification code you\u2019ve got in the verification <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or create one you used to create your Clockify account <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll be redirected to the Time Tracker screen right away and can start tracking time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Custom domain and subdomain login<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If you use a <strong>custom domain <\/strong>or a <strong>subdomain<\/strong>, you can also use the Android app. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the app and enter your Clockify account email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose the workspace associated with your subdomain\/custom domain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;ll be redirected to the subdomain in question and required to log in once verification, you&#8217;ll be redirected to the <strong>Time Tracker<\/strong> screen and you can start tracking time again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Time tracking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is possible to track your time in Clockify Android app in two different ways, either by using a timer or adding time manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Clockify groups similar time entries under one expandable entry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If you wish to see entries in chronological order, go to <strong>Profile settings<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Preferences<\/strong> in the web app and turn off <strong>Group similar time entries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Autocomplete<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There&#8217;s an autocomplete option available when you tap on an entry and start typing a description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Timer mode<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To start a timer: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Tap <strong>+<\/strong> button in the lower right corner and a time entry screen will appear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose and tap the <strong>Play <\/strong>button on the bottom right corner to begin working<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill the details (description, project, task, billability, tags) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Tap the <strong>Stop<\/strong> button to stop the timer and save the time entry or the <strong>Discard <\/strong>option class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add time manually<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To manually add a time entry:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Tap <strong>+<\/strong> button in the bottom right corner <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose <strong>Manual<\/strong> option<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type in the time to set the duration of the time entry OR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap on the start\/end option on the top left corner to specify start\/end time, and date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the details (description, project, task, billability, tags)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Tap the <strong>Save<\/strong> button to save the time entry or the <strong>Discard<\/strong> button in the upper right corner to discard the time entry <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip\">You can type in the time if you tap the numbers on the scroller rather than scrolling through the numbers to get to the hour you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add\/subtract duration shortcuts<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to optimize the process of modifying entries, when adding time manually, you can easily add duration by using the shortcut buttons located below the duration field.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following time spans can be added:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>-1h<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>-0.25h<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>+0.25h<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>+1h<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The value displayed on the shortcut buttons is based on the duration of the entry (e.g. if duration is less than an hour, the -1 button is disabled). <br>Click on one of the buttons, and that value will be added\/subtracted from the tracked time.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"582\" height=\"278\" class=\"tip\">Shortcut buttons are not available for running entries, only when adding time manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Edit time entry<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">To edit a time entry simply tap on the entry itself and an <strong>Edit time entry<\/strong> screen will appear where you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Edit start and end time, as well as the date by tapping the <strong>Start\/End<\/strong> option in the upper left corner&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select task and project (plus create projects and tasks from within the app)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit time description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mark time entry as billable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add\/remove tags (plus create them)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">On the <strong>Time tracker<\/strong> screen, in the <strong>List<\/strong> tab, when you tap the three little dots in the time entry card you\u2019ll find more options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Continue that time entry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duplicate that time entry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delete the time entry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You can also <strong>continue a previous time entry <\/strong>from the Time tracker list by tapping the <strong>play<\/strong> button on the time entry (just below the three little dots). Note that this will start<strong> a new timer<\/strong> with the exact same details as the entry where you tapped the <strong>play<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns action<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Clockify lets you undo deleted or discarded entries on multiple screens, regardless of your user role or subscription plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Time Tracker:<\/strong> Undo discarding &amp; deleting entries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Timesheet:<\/strong> Undo deleting If you click <strong>Undo<\/strong>, a snackbar will appear with the message <strong><em>Entry restored<\/em><\/strong> and the entry will be added back to the Time Tracker list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If you leave required fields empty and click <strong>Undo<\/strong> on a discarded entry, the timer will resume, and you will see the <strong>Timer screen<\/strong> with the required fields highlighted in red, prompting you to complete the missing information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note translation-block\">The <strong>Undo<\/strong> option restores all data, including GPS location, required fields, and screenshots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pomodoro timer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Pomodoro timer helps you structure your work by breaking it into <strong>focus sessions<\/strong> (work) and <strong>break sessions<\/strong>. You can even start a break directly from the notification.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to stop the session early while it\u2019s still running, you\u2019ll be notified that the Pomodoro session will finish earlier than expected before confirming the action.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Use <strong>Skip the break<\/strong> <strong>manually<\/strong> option during a break session to immediately begin a new focus session.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important to note&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When a Pomodoro session is active, the timer appears in your regular list view like any other entry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You cannot run the regular timer and the Pomodoro timer simultaneously<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you close Clockify while the session is active, the system will save the time entry for the predefined session duration. When you reopen the app, then countdown will resume if the session is still active.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Track breaks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You can also track breaks via <strong>Time tracker<\/strong>. If breaks and force timer are turned on, then only timer and break options are available on a tracker.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each break entry has a description, break, project inherited from the Workspace settings, task, also inherited from the Workspace settings, start, end time, duration, billability and custom fields if any.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\">Break entry can also be started in the Offline mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Track holidays and time off<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apart from tracking time, expenses and breaks, you can also track time off and holiday entries of your workspace members.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\">Time off and holiday entries can be created by Owners and Admins on the web app.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are distinctly displayed on Time Tracker, Timesheet, Calendar, Expenses, Time off and Reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip translation-block\">For more information, check out <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/track-holidays-time-off\">Track holidays &amp; time off<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Track time via widget<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\">This feature is available to all users on all subscription plans.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Widgets displays real-time data and provide easy access or shortcuts to certain actions for applications running on mobile devices.&nbsp;<br>To use a widget for your mobile app, you can usually just press and hold on an app icon and choose the <strong>Widgets<\/strong> option. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Three types of actions are available from Clockify widget:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start time entry with timer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track time again<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track break<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Timer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">With this widget, you can start and stop the timer. After you tap <strong>play<\/strong>, the timer starts running along with the duration. If you tap on any place within the widget, Clockify app opens. If you tap again on a widget with a running entry again, the timer will stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a default widget size. However, the widget can be resized (reduce size, enlarge).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If timer doesn\u2019t have all required fields, Time entry details opens for you to fill out.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Track break<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If you\u2019ve enabled the widget, you can see a tracking break icon alongside other icons on the widget when tracking time as a break. This way, you can easily see the difference between tracing work and break time without needing to open the app.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In this case, the time is tracked as a <strong>break<\/strong> entry type. After the sync is done, you should be able to see them in Clockify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Timesheet mode<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To add time to timesheet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tap on plus sign<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select project\/task<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap on the day you wish to add\/edit time for<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select or enter duration, start\/end time, and add description\/tags<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save entry<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">To see the Timesheet in Android app, you first need to enable <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/timesheet-view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Timesheet view<\/a> in Clockify&#8217;s workspace settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delete entry in Timesheet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To delete a time entry in timesheet mode:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tap on the time entry from the calendar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Tap on the <strong>trash icon<\/strong> on the top-right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Tap <strong>Delete<\/strong> to confirm the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"348\" height=\"772\" src=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Delete-time-entry-in-timesheet-Android.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-29847\" style=\"aspect-ratio:0.4507811833006062;width:311px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A pop-up message confirms that the entry is deleted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Along with this pop-up, an Undo button appears on the right side. Press this to revert the deletion and restore the time entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Timesheet template<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re often entering the same time entries in your Timesheet, you can set your Timesheet as a template, save time and reuse it as much as you like. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Set Timesheet as a template:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Go to the <strong>Timesheet<\/strong> screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap on the three dots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have three options:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Copy last week<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply template<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save as template<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Copy last week<\/strong><br>All tasks\/projects from last week will be copied in your current week. If you don\u2019t have any activity in the current week, then you\u2019ll have the <strong>Copy last week<\/strong> option. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Apply template<br><\/strong>If you choose the <strong>Apply template <\/strong>option,<strong> <\/strong>you&#8217;ll see a<strong> <\/strong>list of templates extracted from the web. If you apply a template with projects that are deleted, archived, or you have no access to them, those projects won\u2019t be inserted in the timesheet from the template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Offline<\/strong><br>If you\u2019re in an offline mode, you\u2019ll be able to apply template when you go back online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">To submit a week for <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/approval\">approval<\/a>, go to the web version of Clockify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Submit for approval<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your workspace has approval enabled, you&#8217;ll be able to submit weekly timesheets and expenses for approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To submit timesheets:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open Time Tracker or Timesheet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to the week you wish to submit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap SUBMIT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and confirm by tapping SUBMIT<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To submit expenses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open Expenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap SUBMIT at the top right corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit for approval screen opens with the list of tracked time and expenses for the chosen week<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and confirm by tapping SUBMIT<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>All submitted weeks will have PENDING label next to them. To withdraw the submission, tap on the pending label and then tap Withdraw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">All approved weeks will have the APPROVED label next to them, and the entries and expenses will have the approved checkmark. Approved time and expenses cannot be edited. However, you can add new time entries and expenses (if the week isn&#8217;t&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/lock-timesheets\">locked<\/a>) and submit it for another approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">When you&#8217;re submitting the expenses for approval, in case there are <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/multiple-currencies#assign-currency-to-client\">multiple currencies<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/assign-currency-to-client\">assigned to multiple clients<\/a>, those currencies will all be listed in the <strong>Submit for approval<\/strong> screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Request time off<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Time Off screen allows you to request time off, track leave balance, and successfully manage your time off.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In order to use it on your Android device, Time off needs to be enabled in the <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/workspaces#workspace-settings\">Workspace settings<\/a> on the web app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Time off requests can be managed by the following types of users in the following way:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Workspace owners and admins can view and manage all requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team managers can manage requests from their team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specific users defined in the time off policy can manage requests connected to their policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Time off consists of the following tabs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Timeline<\/strong>: View an overview of all your requests, their statuses, and holidays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Balance<\/strong>: Check your accrued, used, and available time off, broken down by policy and specify a period when time off balance will be available in <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Requests<\/strong>: See all submitted requests and their statuses (pending, approved, or rejected). Here, you can approve, withdraw, or reject requests based on your role and permissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" customizing start of your week, you can also customize working hours and set up start of your day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The default day start is set to <strong>09:00h<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To change the default day start:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/apps\/android-app#my-profile-screen\">My Profile<\/a> screen from the sidebar and tap on the <strong>Day start<\/strong> option. Choose your preferred hour by inserting the numbers, or use a time picker option in the lower left corner. The time picker will differ based on the time format you&#8217;re set (12-hour or 24-hour).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"386\" height=\"332\" src=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Screenshot-2023-06-16-at-14.10.31.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13699\" style=\"width:193px;height:166px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Screenshot-2023-06-16-at-14.10.31.png 386w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Screenshot-2023-06-16-at-14.10.31-300x258.png 300w, https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Screenshot-2023-06-16-at-14.10.31-14x12.png 14w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 386px) 100vw, 386px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The change you&#8217;ve made in the Android app will be automatically applied to all other platforms you use with the same account.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Changing the starting hour of your working day in Clockify will impact these features: Timesheet and Time off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Week start<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Customize your week start, align it with your routines or cultural practices and improve your efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Default week start is set up for all Workspace members in the Workspace settings on the Web app. Owners and Admins can change this configuration for individual users on the Clockify Web app, <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/administration\/edit-profiles\">Team page &gt; Profile settings<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Time zone settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two ways in which you can set your time zone in the Android app:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose time zone manually from the list of available time zones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The change you&#8217;ve made in the Android app will be automatically applied to all other platforms you use with the same account. <br>Also, if you set a time zone that is different from the time zone set on your Android device, in order to track time you&#8217;ll need to change time zone in Clockify&#8217;s <strong>Profile settings<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Preferences<\/strong> &gt; <strong>General<\/strong> so that it matches your phone&#8217;s time zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set time zone automatically<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;d like to set your time zone automatically, the app will automatically switch to the time zone set on your Android device. This time zone will be applied to all the platforms you use with the same account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure consistency and accuracy of the time tracking and the approvals, you won&#8217;t be able to change the time zone if you have pending approval request. Then when you start the timer or add a time entry, the project will be selected automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can select:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Fixed project<\/strong>, which will be always used when you start a timer for an entry without a project (until you change the default project)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Last used project<\/strong>, and the timer will pick up the most recently used available project from your list of time entries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block note\">If <strong>Default project<\/strong> is enabled, you won\u2019t be able to have a time entry without a project assigned. Entries&nbsp;made while offline will be saved locally on your phone. Once you get back online, they\u2019ll get synced with your web account automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you\u2019re offline, you will only be able to see information loaded while you were online (time entries, projects, tasks, tags, etc.). So projects, tasks, and tags are available for selection if they were loaded before you went offline.<br>Once you\u2019re offline, you can see, open and edit the expense, but the changes will be made once you go back online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s not possible to create new projects, tasks, tags, and clients while offline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If you notice that the app is very slow, it probably means you have an unstable internet connection. In that case, enable&nbsp;<strong>Force offline mode&nbsp;<\/strong>in Settings to improve performance. This will make the app behave as if it&#8217;s offline without you having to turn off your internet connection. After your turn off <strong>Force offline mode<\/strong>, the app will automatically sync all time entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note translation-block\">If you are using the app in the <strong>offline mode<\/strong>, please make sure you\u2019ve synced your time entries with the cloud prior to logging out. If you fail to do that, all the data that is not synced at the moment of logging out, will be lost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your access token expires while offline, you&#8217;ll be logged out when you reconnect.
