For more details on CAKE.com permissions and how they affect individual products, please refer to <a href=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/administration\/roles-and-permissions\/\">this article<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project manager<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Project managers<\/strong> can see all tracked time on their projects and can edit various aspects of their projects, such as:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set estimates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add tasks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage project access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schedule their own projects and assignments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approve submitted timesheets&nbsp;for members assigned to their projects (if enabled)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Launch kiosk (if enabled)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Team manager<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Team managers<\/strong> have similar permissions but focus on overseeing their team members and groups. They can:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>See all tracked time for their team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit time for their team members (if enabled)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approve submitted timesheets&nbsp;for their team members (if enabled)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approve time off for their team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Launch kiosk (if enabled)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\">Team manager role is an additional feature available through upgrading your workspace to a Standard, Pro, or Enterprise plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customizing visibility of certain app features, like hiding pages, also applies to managers. Managers have access to Reports, and project managers additionally have access to the Projects page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assign manager<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Admin\/Owner can assign manager rights to a workspace member from a <strong>Team<\/strong> or <strong>Projects<\/strong> page in the following way:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Navigate to the <strong>Team <\/strong>or <strong>Projects<\/strong> page&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose user or project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure role options&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the role and save the changes you&#8217;ve made<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/team_page_manager_rights-1-1-1024x56.png\" alt=\"This image has an empty alt attribute;
