If a project is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Public, it will appear automatically in your list<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private, an Admin or Project Manager can assign you to that project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block wp-block-paragraph\">1. <\/strong>Imports the projects\/tasks list<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Copy activities and time &#8211; <\/strong>Imports the projects\/tasks list and time logged for those entries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"740\" height=\"364\" src=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Copy-last-week.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-28263\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create templates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block wp-block-paragraph\">Templates allow you to save and apply pre-defined lists of projects and tasks. You can save the time and tasks for a specific week as a template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To create a template:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose the week that you want to save as a template<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click <strong>Save as template<\/strong> at the bottom of the page<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"740\" height=\"364\" src=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Save-as-template-timesheet.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-28264\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The timesheet will automatically populate with the projects and tasks from the template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the template entries conflict with existing entries, you can choose to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Add &#8211; <\/strong>Incorporate time entries from the template with existing ones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Replace &#8211; <\/strong>Overwrite existing time entries with the template\u2019s entries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Skip &#8211; option<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to the Timesheet page you wish to save<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open your browser&#8217;s options (usually the three dots in the corner)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click <strong>Print<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">In the print dialog, select the option to <strong>Save as PDF<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Enter a name for the file and click used to disable time entry via the Timesheet completely, forcing users to track time only via the timer.
