Are your employees often moving from working sites or client locations?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If so, you need to ensure a way of capturing all employee billable hours at all times, no matter where they are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">One of the possible solutions is a <strong>clock-in kiosk<\/strong> that can track employee work hours in multiple locations. It\u2019s a system established through a single device enabling multiple people to record their work hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Another way is to use a <strong>mobile app<\/strong> (iOS, Android) that permits time tracking on the go, with an additional GPS tracking feature to record employee routes during the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><mark style=\"background-color:#e6f6fe\" class=\"has-inline-color\">For example, if your business owns multiple mechanical shops, you will set up a different kiosk station at each location for employees to track their hours.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">And if any of the workers need to occasionally visit the warehouse for restocking, their working hours spent getting from one place to another can be tracked through a mobile app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">This way you <strong>will have all employee billable hours synced on their timesheets<\/strong> and ready for payroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"clockifys-kiosk-the-basics\" class=\"wp-block-heading translation-block\">Clockify\u2019s kiosk: the basics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Clockify\u2019s kiosk gives you the ability to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u27a1\ufe0f <strong>Have multiple active kiosks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You can <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/track-time-on-kiosk#create-kiosk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">create multiple kiosks<\/a> for different job sites and distribute employees accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u27a1\ufe0f Clock in with a <strong>personal PIN<\/strong> code and a <strong>universal PIN<\/strong> code<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Users need to type in a <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/pin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PIN code<\/a> to clock in. A personal PIN code is unique to a user, but universal PIN codes can be used to clock in and out for anyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u27a1\ufe0f <strong>Track breaks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You can clock in for <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/breaks-kiosk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">break time<\/a> the same way you clock in for work time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u27a1\ufe0f <strong>Customize session duration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Once launched, a kiosk will be active for 24h by default, but you can <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/customize-kiosk#session-duration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">change the session duration<\/a> in the settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u27a1\ufe0f <strong>Brand your kiosk<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Instead of showing the Clockify logo, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/clockify.me\/help\/track-time-and-expenses\/customize-kiosk#branded-kiosk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">display your own company logo <\/a>on a kiosk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u27a1\ufe0f Launch it on <strong>any device<\/strong> &#8211;
