This view is the easiest way to compare your tracked hours. This gives me visual proof of capacity to prevent burnout before it causes turnover \u2014 especially useful for delivery managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background translation-block wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#e1f5fe\"><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> To calculate the standard resource utilization rate based on someone\u2019s total available capacity, you need to use a different report in Clockify. We\u2019ll get back to that later in the section <em>Calculate resource utilization with Clockify<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"custom-btn translation-block wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/app.clockify.me\/en\/signup\">Get Clockify by CAKE.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"example-2-compare-users\" class=\"wp-block-heading translation-block\">Example #2: Compare users<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block wp-block-paragraph\">Keeping the filters from the previous example, I\u2019m analyzing a one-week period. By scrolling down, I can see what my team spent their time on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block wp-block-paragraph\">However, by enabling the <em>Show cost<\/em> and <em>Show profit<\/em> options alongside the amount, you can get another perspective. Carla\u2019s work cost more than it earned this week. I might want to change things up so that less time is spent on these types of activities in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block wp-block-paragraph\">If you only want to see the time and exclude profits, deselect <em>Amount<\/em>, <em>Cost<\/em>, and <em>Profit<\/em> under the time range.
